  • Used custom PowerShell script to extract metadata from Windows Event Viewer to be forwarded to third party API in order to derive geolocation data
  • Configured Log Analytics Workspace in Azure to ingest custom logs containing geographic information (latitude, longitude, state/province, and country)
  • Configured Custom Fields in Log Analytics Workspace with the intent of mapping geo data in Azure Sentinel
  • Configured Azure Sentinel ( Microsoft's cloud SIEM) workbook to display global attack data (RDP brute force) on world map according to physical location and magnitude of attacks
  • Vulnerability Management Lab with Nessus

  • Installed and configured Nessus Essentials to perform credentialed vulnerability scans against Windows 10 Hosts
  • Implemented Vulnerability Management Function on sandbox networks: (Discover, Prioritize, Assess, Report, Remediate, Verify)
  • Conducted vulnerability assessments with Nessus; remediated vulnerabilities
  • Developed automated remediation process to preemptively deal with vulnerabilities stemming from Windows updates and third-party software

  • Configured and deployed Azure Resources including Azure Sentinel to detect attacker persistence on a virtual machine
  • Created a custom analytics rule to generate security alerts for virtual machine activity

  • Deploy, configure, reimage, troubleshoot, and maintain workstations and other types of equipment (desktops,mobile devices. kiosks, and Point of Sale stations)
  • Utilize IT ticketing system, ServiceNow for effective workload management and to track issues from beginning to end for hotel staff and equipment
  • Implement system processes to address application issues to reduce business impact and increase IT system up-time and performance

  • Monitor and configure wired and wireless network and bandwidth utilization (Allot NetXplorer, Aruba Controller, Aruba ClearPass, SolardWinds)

  • Utilize Active Directory by adding, removing, and modifying Users, Groups, Computers, and Printers
  • Use VMWare to maintain and troubleshoot multiple servers in the hotel
